| Comment | As a primary teacher, I would recommend a transition to something like paediatric occupational therapy. Similarly rewarding but with (I assume, maybe incorrectly) less stress/more manageable workload. I think your current skill set would be really valued in that role as well.
I have been teaching for 4 years and went into it in my early 30s after doing various other things. I count myself very lucky to have a job as all I hear from probationers 2019 onwards is there’s no jobs. |
