You can usually get a seperate service that irons your clothes, most do a pick up and drop off too. I think cleaners would do what you ask but mostly they are there to clean not tidy or organise. If things are bad then perhaps organise a one off deep clean and organising service then hire a weekly cleaner to help keep on top of things.
