I don't know why its not right to drink hot water from the hot water tap, its just something my parents told me. I was always taught to put cold water in the kettle, and boil it to make tea or coffee.
If you want a cold drink, let the cold tap run for 10 seconds before filling the drinking cup, it makes the water colder and more refreshing. Its also the best water in the world straight from a Scottish cold water tap.
Also, don't drink the tap water if you go to London. Its rank. |
