The biggest factor is the rent freeze? Surely that means people are staying in their houses which they would have been forced out of? I suppose there would be more empty properties but more people needing houses exacerbating the same frantic market.
The problem is there is not enough houses built over generations and that space to build within Glasgow is tight. The city needs to expand outwards and have transport that expands with it. |
