I've approached an ice cream van in Maryhill in the summer of 2018 and asked for an ice cream and the ice cream man responded with "WHAT ICE CREAM" so I don't think any ice cream was available. I didn't ask him if he was selling anything else it's not confirmed whether he was selling drugs, though...
