| Comment | If the noise is stopping you sleeping, when I lived in noisy flats, at my wit's end I eventually resorted to ear plugs - annoying at first, but persevere and they become second nature. I had some great sleeps after that, even sleeping in on occasion. The hard part is the first week or so getting used to them. Try a few different types, silicone, wax, foam, whatever, see what works. |
