Ice cream van where I grew up defo still sells drugs. There’s a couple of different cars that drive up after someone has bought whatever they are buying at the ice cream van and they have a little small talk at the window then drive off again. I assume they circle around close by and get a one ringer when someone buys, meaning nothing is kept in the van?
