This is urgent as it can escalate. Ask for a telephone consultation and they can call you back. Takes less time than an in face appointment and means they can do a prescription for you. You can then pick it up and get the meds.
Totally feel you on this I tried to do the same a few weeks ago and I honestly felt like I couldn't function after the first two weeks. Luckily I was in the middle of my prescription so I could go back on them.
