| Comment | It’s extremely rare, I think this is the first one of its kind in Glasgow that isnt also mid-market rent or social housing. I personally live in a built to rent type development but that’s a mid-market housing I’m in. similarly to Solasta they give me a lot of freedom with decorating and owning pets. Landlords are way more restrictive so I really hope more housing options like this will follow but not on the luxury side - we need more houses at the end of the day, not gyms and dining rooms lol |
