For under £100 make sure you buy something that keeps you warm **AND is fashionable. You want to buy something that does the job and looks good on you.**

For me, there are far too many coats and waterproof jackets out there that look like something an astronaut would wear. Most of the Decathlon jackets are great for a hike up Ben Lomond but the plastic material doesn't look nice as an everyday jacket to work or walking around town.

When you are buying something just make sure that you are thinking about how it looks on you as well. Remember the clothes you wear is the first impression you make to anyone before you even say anything.
