If it's not anonymous, decide if you like the job more than you hate the big boss. If you do, pony up the money. If not, don't pay and start keeping a record of everything that happens so you can get them for constructive dismissal.
Also, discuss the matter with your union. If you are not in a union, time to join.
I certainly wouldn't be paying in unless there was some reciprocation or other reason. Not that any of my bosses would ask me to. |
