Comment | Thanks! Yeah I have chronic illnesses and damaged knees and back, so exercise is becoming really tough. That's how I kept weight off before, with more walking etc. Now it's gradually been piling on and now I can't kid myself I'm just curvy! I'm badly overweight and feeling unhealthy.
So it's time to overhaul my diet. Hopefully the classes will help but if they're not for me I'm determined to find another method. I think i need something regimented or I just start slipping |
