| Comment | Did you fit the flooring? Did you fit adequate unfloor sound dampening? Because if you did and then cheaped out, that's the only way you'd be at fault here.
Try to talk to them about it (I know you tried already). Perhaps they work shifts or something?
The other option is to mask the noise. Try speed metal at full volume, then pop a note through the door to ask if it's an improvement. 😋
Unfortunately building standards in the UK are rather poor, even in new builds, and so noise does travel (heat also escapes). |
