| Comment | We're generally pretty frugal but I am diligently following the teachings of my parents and getting all the curtains shut as soon as it starts to get dark (i.e. about 4pm) which upsets the rest of the family!
Quite conscious about not overfilling the kettle and do put the excess into a thermos for doing the dishes when my wife makes tea, as she boils water like we're an army!
I remember seeing something on telly where a guy took a thermos to work and filed it from the company kettle. We're not there yet, but maybe because I mostly work from home...
I don't iron anything anymore either, that helps. |
