| Comment | I used them for one day to send 6 parcels from my small business and 3 of the 6 had issues so I never used them again. This was last October and one of them still just says “we’ll have an update for you in 24 hours” and I still can’t ever get through to anyone. I just gave up trying in the end. One of the others was “delivered to a safe place” which was the recycling bin, but my customer wasn’t notified of that and when we found out 2 days later the bin men had already been and emptied the bin. |
