| Comment | The last two parcels i've had delivered by them have been fucked up in some way. One missed delivery, and then was "damaged beyond repair" so I had to get the company to resend it, which finally came.
Second was just lost at the depot, so *again* had to get it re-sent, was told it had been delivered to a nearby shop. Went there and was told it hadn't been delivered. Went back later and they still didn't have it on their system, but I begged them to search their pile and they found it.
Absolutely useless. |
