I got their veg box for 6 months and honestly I found the service really rude when they consistently messed things up. When people complained on the Facebook group they would pull the “it’s not out fault! We have taken on lots of new customers during covid” card all the time
I do think their prices are high as well which doesn’t help. I understand the margin on fruit and veg can be quite low but places like ashbys and roots and fruits tend to be cheaper (not cheap) |
