You've done everything you can. It's lousy for the dogs that their owner is a cunt, but he is. And you're 100% right. Keep them muzzled or keep them on a leash if they're going to bite. If my dog was a biter, I'd have her muzzled, no doubts about it. She's a Golden Retriever, so biting is a long shot, but it's still valid.
You should report it before they attack a child. I know that sounds melodramatic, but it could well happen. Good luck. |
