| Comment | I know exactly who you’re talking about. He’s often up at Glasgow uni and in kelvingrove too. I’ve seen his dogs attack two separate dogs on two separate occasions and have heard of other occasions through the grapevine but haven’t heard of them attacking people although this doesn’t come as a surprise sadly.
He does not have control of those dogs at all!
Each time I’ve seen it happen, there’s been loads more people on it before I could’ve got there so sadly don’t know what came of it or what was done.
He always seems to have ‘don’t care’ attitude when it happens too as you mentioned. I don’t know how he repeatedly gets away with it. I don’t really know what the correct thing to do is in all honesty but I think police need to be involved as this has been going on for over two years at this point. |
