My last factors were Southside HA (SFARS - Southside Factoring and Related Services). Cost was about £75pcm in 2018 for a listed building conversion.

No complaints at all. They kept up on maintenance and were relatively quick to make any repairs etc. The building being listed meant there were some quirks/problems that could not be easily addressed (e.g. common satellite dish, digital TV aerial), but that wasn't the HA's fault.
