| Comment | You’re absolutely right about things going to closing date, but unfortunately the area I’m looking in and the budget I’ve got means that every single property I’ve viewed has gone to closing, even if I’ve jumped in with a hefty offer early on. It’s maddening! So yeah, I reckon I’ll end up paying more than it’s worth just to bloody get something 😣
£10k over doesn’t seem that crazy, I’m looking at more like £15 though |
