50% of their services for boilers is subcontracted out and it can't even be called a service as it's a 10 minute job to meet their criteria for their service.
The reason they helpfully told you to use local hero's is because they own it, they couldn't send anyone out personally is because they sacked most of their engineers for not taking a pay decrease
as for local hero's they made 20% of the cost from the job you posted as their fee so essentially so you pay for their plan then pay more through local hero's to them because they can't attend - nice little scam they have going |
