| Comment | sounds to me like your problem is that you're only interested in the choice properties, which are always going to be the ones competed over. The folks with the real money who do the crazy high bids just want somewhere there can move straight into with no hassle.
find one that needs a new bathroom, or has a slightly iffy close, or is a bit around the corner from the park rather than on it, and those folk aren't interested and you'll suddenly find the bids a lot more reasonable |
