I reported a taxi driver who was clearly mentally unwell and was physically rocking back and forth so violently he was stopping and starting the car pretty much the whole journey, along with demanding to know my whole first name is it’s just my initials and saying some of the most insane racist claims you’ve ever heard. Sent them a screen shot of the journey including reg plate that I took while I was still in the car and heard nothing. Phoned them with the information and was totally brushed under the carpet with it.
Phoned also about being charged for cancellations and was told pretty much ‘don’t book a taxi you don’t intent to travel in’ it’s been like this since the amalgamated they don’t give a shit about the quality of the service anymore bc of the sheer amount of drivers they have and even with that it you’re lucky if your cab even shows up lmao. |
