Thanks for this. I feel like this is a risk when buying property in general, but yeah pinning hopes on Govanhill’s regeneration is perhaps a bit riskier. Still gonna do it though seeing as I can’t afford anywhere else that I actually want to live! Close enough to the bits of the south side I genuinely love. :)
