| Comment | I *have* been looking at all of those things (with the exception of tatty closes - the building needs to be in at least decent repair or it can get seriously expensive down the line. Also having neighbours who give a shit is worth a lot of money). You’d be surprised how many people are interested in flats that need work! I actually prefer them as I’d rather do things up the way I want. I think you underestimate the number of 30-something, often single, not-terribly-well-off people who are trying very hard to get a foot in the door in this area |
