| Comment | A very nice older taxi driver recently told me that as soon as you get in a cab, take note of the 4 digit driver code which will be on both the back windows. If there are any issues with the driver's behaviour, don't go to the taxi company as like many have responded they don't care. Go to the council taxi licensing office and they will respond to you and possibly withdraw the driver's license to drive a cab. It's not ideal but it's better than nothing. |
