This is why i emphasised that OP gets an email address etc - it happens far too often that companies ask for the complaint over the phone and say they'll deal with it then do nothing official(other than saying to employee dont do that again).
By having a paper trail and copying in MPs etc it means it actually needs addressed/handled in an official capacity.
