| Comment | For the dog, it might be the case that the owners are out and don't realise how much of a noise the dog is creating, hard to tell if any neighbours have said anything. Might be worth a note/chat, but SSPCA are always an option if you don't fancy that.
For the door, most handles will come off from the inside with just a screwdriver, if you can get it off then you can take the whole handle/mechanism to B&Q (or equivalent) and ask someone there for a replacement then search on youtube for installation of whatever they give you. If you can't get it off with a screwdriver, might be a certain security handle and you would need to involve the factor if you can't find the model number (if you can find the model, then revert back to YouTube). |
