Yes it's my fault the council are incompetent. It's my fault there has been broken street lamps on my street for 5+ years. It's my fault half my neighbours have complained but nothing has been done. It's my fault the potholes that have been there for 8+ years and reported multiple times haven't been fixed.
It's my fault for living in a run down shithole that looks like a slum in a developing country. It's my fault for being too poor and not living in a lovely West end street that gets looked after properly. It's my fault the council have millions for vanity projects and bungs to corporations but not a penny to keep my street clean.
What exactly I pay my council tax for I'm not quite sure. Maybe you could offer a helpful suggestion to that riddle too? |
