I’ve no plans to start a family or anything so, living in a flat for at least the next 10-20 years is definitely on the cards since I love it. Honestly I think the valuation on these properties has yet to catch up with the actual market value. And if I end up making a loss, well - it’s an equal risk waiting to the point that I’m priced out of the area. 🤷‍♀️
