| Comment | Thank you, this is superbly useful advice. I was saying to my partner that I wouldn't push past any point of comfort, if it seemed sketchy I'd just turn around - I've done both climbs before so it wouldn't be out of a desire to 'bag' them or anything, I just want to go a nice walk and see some nice views! I think I'll go to Ben Venue purely because the lower elevation will mean that there likely isn't ice, or if there is it'll be minimal. It's still a lovely walk! |
