I'm just surprised, because you seem to think all Romani are Romanian have Romanian passports. Even the Romani people who's ancestors were born and living in Turkey, South America, USA, Greece, Britain and so on? Did your Romani Studies degree not delve into the Romani diaspora and the dispersion of the Romani population across the globe (some never setting foot in Romania)?
