Unfortunately they have some very slick marketing- the events themselves rarely if ever manage to meet the hype and can be poorly organised (given that this is what they do!)
Their event in kelvingrove museum precovid was oversold, very poor and actually distressing due to the number of folk they were cramming into narrow corridors. They never apologised for it being shite and expensive.
I think some people with smaller children were fucked off as a dinosaur ‘ate’ Santa. This was quickly gotten rid of but there was no Santa replacement and many folk had bought tickets instead of a traditional Santa visit thinking it would be a nice family thing. It was mayhem. Most of their staff were only pulled into it 2 days before so not enough training. |
