| Comment | The Citz have a crazy amount of resource from the tale for the show they did in 2016(?) Including lots of audio interviews with folks who were there, a handful of whom have sadly since passed.
It was fascinating hearing what they recalled as children and the hysteria that grew over a couple of nights. A couple got moved off to stay with other family elsewhere in the city afterwards and their parents didn't think it was safe. The kids were making their own wee weapons from sticks and tin cans to take on the man with the iron teeth. A very Glaswegian approach 🤣 |
