| Comment | Gonna get downvoted to hell but, if you can afford it, go to a country that uses proper building materials so water doesn’t get absorbed in the ridiculously porous material that every tenement building is made of here.
If not, get a professional service to clean up the current damp spots and then go all out with airing the place and dehumidifier. Good luck being able to afford warming up when your window needs to be open 30 mins morning and evening but there’s a choice to be made. |
