Personally I don’t feel the cold on my legs and shorts are far comfier than jeans or joggies, top half I only wear more than a T-shirt at work and out of work a top and one of those under armour zipper things thats thinner than a rizzla fag paper, i’d say after 30 years i’m pretty accustomed to our climate
