You’ll be hard pressed to find any this time of year - most places have moved onto Christmassy bakes now. Your best bet will be late September and all through October when a couple of places in the southside might do it - but it’s still seen as a specialty dessert here so it’s not very common even then.

To be honest baking one is very easy - all you’re really baking is the crust and it’s hard to fuck that up. The filling itself is very liquidy and sets after baking. Ingredients are all pretty standard - the only specialty thing you’ll need a can of pumpkin. If you can’t find one then make sweet potato pie instead - it’s identical. No really, it’s exactly the same.
