Watched a European game at Celtic Park a few years ago. Balls deep in winter, and some wee guy a few rows down was in shorts and tshirt, shaking like a shitting dog.
I kinda understand the shorts thing if you're a delivery guy and wrap your torso well. Other than that, no idea.
