When I was buying last year I noticed all the prices in these websites were always at least 10% short of the home report value. Saying that it's still cheap for a 2 bedroom that close to the city centre. Mate of mine lived in that building for a few years and it's nicer than some places I've lived. If I had the cash I'd take it for a buy to let.
