First of all, why are you ashamed? Would you be embarrassed to turn up at A&E with a broken leg? Unless you’re going to get sectioned (because you’re at risk of harming yourself or others) I don’t think you can get checked in somewhere on the NHS. Your GP could advise you better than us though.
