Whereabouts in the south side specifically is going for 5-10% over?
My sister’s been offering 15-20% over for 3 bedrooms in Shawlands, Pollokshields, Kings Park, Giffnock and Clarkston and has barely had a sniff at anything.
She got a bid accepted at 12% over in Muirend but that fell through.
