I don't really get all the "Glasgow is dying" chat in this sub. Every time I go into the city centre, it's heaving. There are definitely a lot of empty shop fronts, but the same is true all over: the convenience of online shopping killed the high street. It's not a Glasgow-specific issue.

And worse still is that any time there is something new announced, whether it be restaurants, shops, hotels, residential, entertainment, the majority of the folk in this sub will immediately shit all over it. It's hard to work out what folk want from this place, sometimes.
