If you want to see what is using the most heating you can try turning off individual circuits when you're out for a day and do morning/evening readings. It's annoying as hell to do, but I did this when I got a crazy bill last year and found one heater that should never be on.
If there's no one item using a lot of electricity, you might be able to apply for aid from your uni. |
