It is more complex yeah.
The problem is that Glasgow has a reputation of being a cheap city going up in quality. You can see a lot of people saying the same here. So a lot of investors see it as a good investment (you want to buy cheap, and hope it goes up in price).
The reality is that since Covid Glasgow is getting very expensive (5th more expensive city in the UK over many others like Manchester, Liverpool, Cardiff) and it is going down in quality, very strongly related with the GCC. |
