| Comment | Unless your parents house is a situation you really need to get out of, you should seriously consider staying there and putting the money you would be spending on rent ect into a savings account.
The renting market's terrible at the moment and with your budget you're more than likely going to end up in a wildly overpriced studio apartment in a bad area or in a flatshare which is a total gamble on whether you get decent flatmates or not.
Absolutely nothing wrong with staying with parents and giving them some money for digs etc if you want to feel a bit more independent and get into the routine of paying something everything month until you can afford somewhere you actually want to stay. |
