The BDSM community is built on trust, and who knows who - because doing BDSM with people you don't know and trust is incredibly dangerous. Because of this, dungeons are very secretive and they don't advertise where they are. They're not places anybody can just turn up to - they need to know you.
One of the city centre dungeons has an Open Day a few times a year, which is a great way of getting to know people and seeing the facilities. They don't give you the address of the dungeon - you have to go to a nearby bar at a certain time, find a certain table, and introduce yourself to the people there. They'll take you to the actual dungeon. It's really well hidden in an office building - you'd never find it on your own.
