Can't help with the hire of that, but from watching council workers in Poland doing it a few years back, it might be easier to go low tech. Wheelbarrow full of grit and a flat edged shovel, then you scoop up a shovel load and use you hand (probably want to be in some old gloves) to brush it off there. They got through streets in no time with that.
