| Comment | If it's half the building it might be the external pipes. I'm in the same situation today, no running water hot or cold but Scottish Water confirmed there are no supply problems so have to just wait for it to resolve itself. I did spend some time with a fan heater on an extension lead pointing at the pipe I think is the external water one but to no avail. Looking at the forecast I'm hoping the 2 degrees predicted for Friday will be sufficient to thaw the pipes. It's grim but you're not alone. Looking at Facebook there are quite a few others in the same boat too. |
