Yeah probably since it’s such an intimate procedure: people, no matter how familiar they are with the area, aren’t allowed to just sit and watch haha.

Sandyford historically have always been far more kind and willing to go the extra step to make things as comfortable as possible whenever I’ve went in for this and other services. Never had a negative experience there and I think the care they provide really helps you to physically relax since you’re less of a bundle of nerves.

I think at that point of your cycle is best since you won’t be about ready to shed your uterine lining and all swollen.

I’ve no doubt you’ll be totally fine, I know I recommended ibuprofen but if you’re ok with co codamol that might be a better option (I saw someone mention it below). You can get 8/500 over the counter or your GP can prescribe it (or the stronger version 30/500 if appropriate) ahead of time.
